Independent fund management with no asset management of its own and approved by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). We specialise in the creation, management and administration of private label funds for private and institutional investors. We offer asset management companies, banks, insurance companies, pension funds and family offices perfectly tailored fund solutions that comply with Swiss law. We offer our clients a single point of entry and precise solutions tailored to their needs (open architecture platform). We are open-minded in our choice of investment areas and do not opt for standard solutions.<\/p>

Since the creation of Solutions & Funds SA (S&F) in 2008, we have been recognised for our high standards, independence, strategy and long-term vision. In this Code of Conduct, we set out the values to which we are committed and the way in which we wish to develop with our partners.<\/p>

The Code of Conduct is binding in its entirety on every member of the Board of Directors and all S&F employees. Our Code of Conduct summarises the principles and practices that define how we conduct S&F's business and are detailed in our internal guidelines and policies.
