Since the creation of Solutions & Funds SA (S&F) in 2008, we have been recognised for our high standards, independence, strategy and long-term vision. In this Code of Conduct, we set out the values to which we are committed and the way in which we wish to develop with our partners.
The Code of Conduct is binding in its entirety on every member of the Board of Directors and all S&F employees. Our Code of Conduct summarises the principles and practices that define how we conduct S&F's business and are detailed in our internal guidelines and policies. The principles apply to both internal and external counterparties.

Our reputation is our most valuable asset. We realise that it is the key to our long-term success and that we must therefore protect it with the utmost determination.

This Code of Conduct has been approved by S&F's Board of Directors and Excecutive Committee. All S&F employees, our governing bodies, our contractors and all representatives acting on behalf of S&F are required to comply with the rules of conduct set out in this code.
Ignorance of the Code of Conduct or of the regulations and policies that set out the rules of conduct in detail shall not be considered as grounds for non-compliance with these principles.
The S&F Code of Conduct is regularly reviewed to ensure that it complies with S&F principles and standards, as well as legislative and regulatory changes.
In the event of breaches of the Code of Conduct, appropriate measures will be taken.
